Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 25, 2026 · Applies to all purchases of the Mystery Shopping Academy and Society program.

These terms govern your purchase of the Mystery Shopping Academy and Society program ("the Academy"). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the acknowledgment box on the checkout page, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms, including the no-refund policy in Section 5.

1. Your Access

This is a one-time payment for 92 days (3 months) of full access to the Mystery Shopping Academy and Society, beginning at the moment of purchase. Your access includes:

• All on-demand video training in the Academy
• The 200+ vetted mystery shopping companies list, including Nadia's top 10 favorites and top 3 beginner picks
• Twice-weekly live Zoom coaching calls with Nadia (Sundays and Tuesdays)
• Access to all recorded coaching call replays
• Membership in the private student community
• All Quick Start checklists, report-writing templates, and member resources

All of the above is unlocked and available to you immediately upon purchase. No portion of the program is drip-released, withheld, or delivered on a delay.

After 92 days from your purchase date, your access ends automatically. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

Mystery Shopping Academy is an education and training service. We do not hire mystery shoppers, employ you, or pay you for mystery shopping work.

Earnings from mystery shopping come from third-party mystery shopping companies. Your relationship with those companies is yours alone, and your income from mystery shopping depends entirely on your own effort, the time you invest, the work you complete with those third-party companies, and other factors outside our control.

We make no income guarantees. Examples of earnings shared on our training, website, or promotional materials are real outcomes from real students and are not typical of every student. Your results will depend on your effort and circumstances.

3. Account Use and Intellectual Property

Your account and login credentials are for your individual use only. The following actions are prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund:

• Sharing your login credentials with any other person
• Downloading, copying, redistributing, or republishing any course material, vetted-company list, recording, or community content
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing your Academy access
• Posting course material publicly, including on social media, blogs, or YouTube

All course content, the vetted-company list, the Quick Start checklists, and the Academy's training materials are the intellectual property of Mystery Shopping Academy and are protected by copyright.

4. Payment

The purchase price stated on the checkout page is the total amount you will be charged. Payment is processed in one of the following ways:

• Full payment at the time of purchase
• 4-payment plan through Klarna or Afterpay (4 interest-free installments of equal value, non-refundable — see Section 5)

If you select a payment plan, you authorize Klarna or Afterpay to charge your card according to their schedule. Failed payment-plan installments may result in temporary suspension of Academy access until payment is resolved.

5. No Refunds — All Sales Are Final

At the moment your payment is processed, your account is created and you receive immediate, unrestricted access to the complete program. Nothing is drip-released, withheld, or delivered on a delay. This includes:

• The entire on-demand video training library, in full
• The proprietary list of 200+ vetted mystery shopping companies, including Nadia's top 10 favorites and top 3 beginner picks
• The complete archive of recorded coaching call replays
• All Quick Start checklists, report-writing templates, and member resources
• Immediate entry to the private student community
• Your seat in the twice-weekly live Zoom coaching calls with Nadia for the full 92-day period

Because the entire value of this program — including confidential, proprietary company research that took years to compile and verify — is transferred to you the instant you log in, it cannot be returned, retracted, or un-viewed. This is the reason no refunds are offered, and this policy applies without exception to every purchase.

No refunds are issued for any of the following reasons

• You changed your mind, or decided the program is not for you
• You did not log in, did not watch the training, or did not attend the live coaching calls
• You did not earn money from mystery shopping, or did not earn as much as you hoped
• You did not have time to use the program during your 92 days
• You believed the program was something other than what is described on this page and on our sales page
• Your 92 days of access expired

Non-use is not grounds for a refund. Your purchase buys you access, and that access is delivered in full at the moment of purchase whether or not you choose to use it.

Payment plans

If you purchase through Klarna or Afterpay, your obligation to complete all four installments is not affected by this policy. Stopping payment does not cancel your purchase or entitle you to a refund of installments already paid.

Sole exception

The only exception to this policy is a verified duplicate charge or billing error. If you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will correct it promptly.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy, and that you received full access to the product immediately. Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute in place of contacting us will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Academy access and forfeiture of any remaining access period. If you have a billing concern of any kind, email us first — we respond to every message and resolve legitimate billing errors quickly.

Before you buy

If you are uncertain whether this program is right for you, please email us before completing your purchase. We will answer any question honestly, and we would much rather help you decide correctly up front than have you purchase something that is not a fit. By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that you have read this section and understand that your purchase is final.

6. Communications

By purchasing the Academy, you consent to receive emails from Mystery Shopping Academy related to your account, the program, live coaching calls, and our broader educational content. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Account-related and transactional emails (receipts, billing corrections, password resets) cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, payment information) is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your purchase. Future changes do not retroactively affect prior purchases.
